At SongPrintz™, every soundtrack, sonic identity, and emotional audio experience is custom-created specifically for each client. Because our work is personalized and digitally delivered, we maintain a transparent refund policy to protect both the client experience and creative process.
Custom Digital Products
All SongPrintz™ services are:
- digitally delivered,
- customized,
- emotionally personalized,
- and created uniquely for each client.
This includes:
- Sonic Identities
- Brand Sound Systems
- Emotional Soundtracks
- Personalized Songs
- Creator Intro Sounds
- Custom Audio Branding
Refund Eligibility
Due to the personalized nature of our services:
Refunds are generally not available once:
- creative work has started,
- audio production has begun,
- or final files have been delivered.
Eligible Refund Situations
A refund may be considered only if:
- SongPrintz™ is unable to deliver the project,
- the order was accidentally duplicated,
- or technical issues prevent delivery entirely.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Revision Policy
We aim to ensure every soundtrack aligns with your emotional and creative vision.
Minor revisions may be included depending on the selected package.
Examples:
- small mood adjustments
- volume balancing
- minor arrangement refinements
Complete creative direction changes after production begins may require additional charges.
Delivery Time
Most projects are delivered within:
48–72 hours
depending on:
- customization level,
- workload,
- and project complexity.
Large brand projects may require additional time.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- change of mind,
- subjective musical preference after approval,
- delays caused by incomplete client information,
- incorrect details submitted by the client,
- downloaded or delivered final files.
